Very important feature for Instagram marketing automations

What I would like to be able to create is the following flow:

1. Someone comments a specific keyword on an Instagram post, for example “INFO”.

2. SocialBu automatically replies publicly to the comment, for example: “Thanks! I’ve sent you the link via DM 😊”

3. At the same time, SocialBu automatically sends that person a DM containing the link or other information.

Ideally, it would also be possible to create several different public comment replies and have SocialBu randomly choose one of them. This would make the replies look more natural instead of posting exactly the same response under every comment.

The most important feature, however, is:

Instagram comment → automatically send a DM to the person who commented.

This is especially important because clickable links cannot simply be shared effectively in Instagram comments. Tools like ManyChat already support this type of “comment to DM” automation, and it is extremely useful for lead generation, downloads, offers, guides, landing pages, etc.

For example:

User comments: “INFO”

Public reply: “Perfect! Check your DMs 😊”

Automatic DM: “Thanks for your interest! Here is the link: [LINK]”

It would be great if SocialBu could support both the public comment reply and the DM within the same automation.
