New

Over the past few years, SocialBu has grown a lot. We have added new features, improved existing ones, expanded support for social platforms, and continued investing in reliability, analytics, automation, collaboration, and support.
To keep SocialBu simple, sustainable, and useful as we continue improving it, we have updated the plans shown on our pricing page.
We have introduced newer SocialBu plans for new subscriptions.
Existing paid customers can continue using their current plan as usual.
Your current paid plan, pricing, features, and limits are not automatically changing.
Monthly users on older paid plans can still switch to yearly billing and save 2 months compared to paying monthly.
Free users who want to upgrade to an older plan should reach out to our support team.
You can compare the latest plans on our pricing page.
SocialBu has grown far beyond basic scheduling.
We have introduced many new features and improved existing ones across planning, publishing, automation, analytics, team workflows, and account management. We have also continued improving reliability and support so users can manage their social media with more confidence.
As the product has become more capable, the cost of building, maintaining, and supporting SocialBu has also increased. We do not want to compromise on quality, reliability, or support, so we have updated our pricing to better reflect the value SocialBu provides today and to help us keep improving it in the long run.
At the same time, we want to keep this transition fair for existing users.
The newer plans are designed to make it easier to choose the right option based on how you use SocialBu, whether you are just getting started, growing your social presence, or managing multiple brands and accounts.
The current plans are:
Starter $29/mon
Growth $79/mon
Agency $199/mon
If you are already subscribed to an older paid SocialBu plan, nothing changes automatically.
You can continue using your current plan with the same pricing, features, and limits as usual.
If you are on an older monthly paid plan and want to switch to yearly billing, you can still do that and save 2 months compared to paying monthly.
If you are currently on the Free plan, the new pricing applies when you choose to upgrade through the pricing page.
If you were planning to upgrade to one of the older SocialBu plans, please reach out to our support team. For a short time, we may still be able to help eligible Free users upgrade using the older pricing.
Older plans were based on our previous pricing structure. Newer plans are designed around the current SocialBu experience and how users manage social media today.
The main differences may include:
Social account limits
Scheduled post limits
Team/user limits
Feature availability
Monthly and yearly pricing
Best fit for individuals, growing teams, or agencies
If you are happy with your current paid subscription, you do not need to take any action.
Your current paid subscription will continue as usual.
If you are on the Free plan and want to upgrade using older pricing, please contact support during the transition window.

Facebook is currently experiencing API issues that may temporarily affect publishing to Facebook pages and connecting or reconnecting Facebook accounts. This is a Facebook-side issue, not a SocialBu issue. We’re monitoring the situation and things should return to normal once Facebook resolves it.

You can now import media directly from Dropbox while creating posts in SocialBu.
No need to download files manually and upload them again. Just open the post composer, click Import from Dropbox, choose your media, and add it to your post.
This makes it faster and easier to schedule content when your images or videos are already stored in Dropbox.
Available now in the SocialBu post composer.

Fixed
We fixed an issue where posts created or updated through MCP could be saved without applying selected post options. This affected settings like privacy, reel preferences, and other platform-specific publishing options. These options now save and apply correctly across supported social networks.

We fixed an issue where the first comment on LinkedIn could fail or not be handled correctly for posts with multiple media attachments. Multi-media LinkedIn posts now support first comments properly.
