Tag accounts in Instagram posts (separate from collaborators)

I want to be able to tag accounts in Instagram posts, separate from the existing "invite collaborators" feature. It's important because tagging is a standard Instagram feature that doesn't require the other account to accept a collaboration invite to appear on the post.
