Support First Comment for Facebook Reels

I want the "first comment" feature to work for video posts on Facebook. Currently, all videos are published as Reels, and the automated first comment (even simple text) is not being posted. It is important for me to be able to add engagement or links automatically to my video content.

    I’m experiencing the same issue. Why is it taking 10+ days to fix this issue? If the comment section on the scheduler doesn’t work, why is it even there? Also it’s not doing it for LinkedIn either.

    Hi there,

    I was already supported but it seems like after the new update by Facebook where they are treating every video as Facebook Reel caused some trouble.

    The issue is reproduced and confirmed from our side. We are looking into it and will update you soon.
