Queue posting order is strange

…and doesn’t make sense for “single post” queues. In a single post queue, the top post should always be next. But it seems to have a “cursor” which goes down the list of posts, which has the effect of sort of skipping every other one.

If the queue is “post once”, just always post the top post.
