Fix oversized/bloated logo in email templates

I want the SocialBu logo in emails to have fixed height and width attributes. Currently, the logo (https://socialbu.com/images/redesign/logo.png) appears "bloated" or oversized in some email clients because it is a large file and lacks specific dimensions in the email HTML source. Adding these attributes or using an optimized image would fix the display issue.
