We built a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration that connects SocialBu to Claude and other AI assistants.
Once set up, you can manage your entire social media workflow from inside a Claude conversation, like,
Schedule posts to any connected account like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads
Check which posts are performing well and pull account-level stats
Toggle automations on/off and check their logs
Save drafts or drop content into your publishing queue
How to set it up?
Open the Customize panel and Connectors tab.
Clicking the + button to add a custom connector
Add a Name and https://socialbu.com/mcp as the MCP server URL and hit Add.
Once, SocialBu shows as a connector.
Click Connect and Authorize.

You can now choose to send your TikTok content as a draft instead of publishing it right away. When you tick "Upload as Draft" while creating a TikTok post in SocialBu, the video gets uploaded to your TikTok account and saved in your Drafts — giving you a chance to review and tweak it inside the TikTok app before it goes live.

Getting started:
Each inbox needs to be enabled before you can see or reply to messages.
For teams: Team admins need to enable each inbox AND give Inbox permission to team members. Without this permission, members won't be able to see or respond to messages.

You can now upload media files to SocialBu using just a URL, no need to upload the file directly.

Fixed
Some users were seeing a "Select an Account" error when using Queues, even though their accounts were already connected. This has been fixed. Queues now correctly keep your selected accounts without resetting them unexpectedly.
