Approval Workflow for Direct Messages and Google Review Responses

We want the ability to route replies to customer direct messages (DMs) and responses to Google Reviews through the same approval workflow currently available for scheduled posts. This would ensure that all outgoing communication, whether it’s a DM reply or a review response, can be reviewed and approved by the appropriate team members before being sent.
